Using the document /form archive

This is our documents and templates area. It is password protected and used by staff to access various forms of letters, standard documents and various templates required to complete standard reports. Staff are encouraged to request any template upload that will be of recurrent use to the company.

Staff are expected to treat the access /distribution of document information as sensitive and confidential in line with GDPR compliance. You may not request a document upload that has been completed with a service user's actual details.
